If you order and receive a body or a neck from USA Custom Guitars and do not like it for any reason, you can return for a full refund (less shipping and finish work) within 30 days of your date of purchase assuming no alterations have been made.
If the item is not what we said it was, is damaged or needs additional work, we will refund, repair or replace at our expense, including shipping.
If you wish to return your item after 30 days but before 90 days there will be a 20% restocking fee.
Returns and/or exchanges after 90 days will be considered on a case by case basis.
We will accept unopened pickups for exchange only. If exchanging for a different model, you must pay the difference in retail price, if any.
Pickups must be in as new condition, with all original retail packaging, not altered or damaged in any way. Any signs of abuse, alteration or damage (not caused by shipping) may void your return rights, and such determination is solely that of USA Custom Guitars.
We will not accept a return for any pickup that has been soldered or had its wires cut, unless it is defective from the manufacturer.
In the event that a pickup is defective from the manufacturer (has a material or workmanship flaw) we will provide a replacement or refund, less shipping charges.
USA Custom Guitars is not responsible for damage caused by improper handling or installation by the purchaser.
You must contact us within 30 days from the time you receive the pickup in order to process a return. Any return requests beyond 30 days will be considered on a case by case basis.
Abuse of Return Privileges
Our return policies are in place to make sure our customers never get stuck with a body or neck that they don’t absolutely love. Those who violate the spirit of our return policy by having excessive returns may be subject to limitations or suspension of their return privileges, at our discretion.
